100 Wines opens its doors

Torode is pleased to welcome Caffe Rosso, a new tenant, to Ramsay Exchange. Described as Ramsay’s hidden gem by FFWD Magazine, Caffe Rosso is sure to please even the toughest coffee critique and also serves a variety of freshly baked goods. Caffe Rosso is open daily (6am-6pm weekdays and 8am-5pm weekends) and is tucked away off of 24th Avenue – watch for the red sandwich boards at the parking lot entrance.

Headplay + Conversion Works have now begun tenant fixturing in the historic Dominion Bridge building and Torode looks forward to their opening in Spring 2008.

The installation of over 150 new windows is officially underway in the Dominion Bridge building. Along the north elevation, the second level is first to receive the new windows.
